Scope
These terms apply to use of the VLT Labs website and to orders placed through the store. By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are legally permitted to purchase the selected products in the delivery country.
Research-use products
Products marked For Research Use Only are supplied exclusively for controlled laboratory research. They are not intended for use in humans or animals, human consumption, diagnosis, treatment, prevention, cosmetic use or veterinary use. VLT Labs does not provide medical, dosage or administration guidance.
Orders and availability
An order is accepted when VLT Labs sends confirmation that it has been processed. Product availability, prices and delivery options can change before acceptance. If an item cannot be supplied, the affected amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
Payment
Available payment methods and the final payable amount are shown during checkout. The customer is responsible for any charges imposed by their own bank, payment provider or local authority.
Delivery
Delivery estimates are not guarantees. The customer is responsible for entering a complete delivery address and for complying with import, laboratory and local product requirements that apply at the destination.
Problems with an order
Report damaged, incomplete or incorrect orders promptly through the contact page and keep the packaging and clear photographs until the request has been reviewed. Do not return an item without prior instructions from support.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, VLT Labs is not responsible for losses caused by use outside the stated research purpose, failure to follow product documentation or laboratory procedures, or circumstances outside reasonable control.
